Lakhvinder S. Madahar or just 'Lucky' (nickname) as he is known to everyone. Is a martial artist with over 33 years experience, He started his training at 14 years of age, in Judo, Shotokan Karate, Sholin Mak – Ka Gung Fu, and later progressing to Western Boxing, Kali (Filipino Martial Arts), Muay Thai (Thai Boxing), Grappling arts, and Hatha Yoga. On the way experiencing the Jeet Kune Do concepts.
In Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) he is a Senior Instructor in Bob Spour’s Phraya Pichai Muay Thai camp affiliated to the British Thai Boxing Council and Mr Pimu’s EPT Gym in Thailand. He also teaches, his own syllabus of the Progressive Kali ~ Eskrima System (The Filipino Martial Arts), and is affiliated to Rick Faye's Minnesota Kali Group.
He teaches seven days per week at Coventry University, Warwick University, Village Hotel Leisure Centre, and the Total Martial Arts Academy as well as private training and seminars.
He has also had a number of articles published in some of the leading martial arts magazines and is now a columnist for U.K.'s No: 1 Martial Arts magazine, 'Martial Arts Illustrated'.
